The original sculptures of this set were made in Bruges, Belgium. The original maquettes were then moulded in a silicon-based room-temperature-vulcanising rubber, in Coumevances, France,.

The resulting castings are of a resin/ceramic flour composite. Each piece is hand-painted. The manufacturing process is, by its very nature, a protracted process; taking approximately two weeks for completion. Therefore it is a limited edition and will be provided with a 'certificate of authenticity'

This a rare set. One of only Five of this style and line up. The material used is similar in its properties to ceramic and is fragile. These figures are not toys. Although marked as used, this set has only been on display or in storage.
